Since the dissolution of the municipal and decentralized councils by the government, the street is divided between supporters and opponents despite the majority of supporters and the limited number of opponents, each with their own opinion on this topic...
We noticed many of those appointed as heads of municipal committees were from the military institution and were of high ranks, and also held significant academic degrees... Since they took over their tasks, they started working actively and energetically, and their services became visible and clear to everyone, where their services are distributed to all, and some of them try to reduce the accumulated debts on the municipalities, and they also try to eliminate nepotism in the municipality, therefore you find many supporters of the dissolution process who are hopeful about them as some job positions, especially heads of departments in many municipalities, were restructured, which had names affiliated with the elected president...
On the other hand, we see some who were at the top of the municipal pyramid who started early to reorganize their papers and began their meetings and tours in their electoral areas as if they are reformulating and polishing themselves, trying to get closer to the people more than before to the extent that some of them started criticizing the heads of committees for their actions...and they forgot or pretended to forget the period they were in the presidency chair where most of their services were dedicated to their supporters whether in servicing their areas or even monopolizing some jobs... From here, we find some pens that were previously benefited started polishing them and restructuring them according to their services....
Also, there is another point I would like to mention... Is the noticeable activity of the committee heads originally intended and supported by the state to prove that appointment is more effective and fruitful than election... Or are there decisions concerning elections and also limiting the powers of the heads to be restricted and tied to a specific ministry...
We wait for what comes next and we wait for the time and we wait for the outcome of the meetings and election activities which began since the councils were dissolved.... and the corridors of the meetings hide a lot from us....
