Khaberni - Hebrew media sources reported that Tel Aviv and Washington are bracing for a more threatening scenario, led by the disintegration of Iran and the unrestrained release of its missile and nuclear capabilities, especially considering that Tehran's conventional weapons and missile platforms are insufficient, according to Israeli estimates, to withstand imminent military attacks, whether from the side of Israel or the United States.
Hebrew sources indicated unprecedented coordination between the command rooms of the security establishment in Tel Aviv, and their counterpart at the USCENTCOM headquarters, to avoid the consequences of a potential Iranian confusion, and the growing threat of missile and nuclear capabilities, described as a "slaughtering kick," to escape from expected US military pressures, even if its consequences threaten regional security including Israel.
The sources revealed a convergence of coordination operations in this matter between Tel Aviv and Washington, and their readiness to resort to the most catastrophic scenario, whether to enhance deterrence or comprehensive destruction.
The precautionary measures coincided with leaks confirming the monitoring of missile movements and activities presumed to be nuclear in Iran, in addition to "beyond conventional patterns" coordinations between drone units, missiles, and Iranian air defenses over the last 24 hours.
Leaked information has raised Western concerns about what has been described as "unusual air activity" by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's air forces, prompting monitoring rings to enhance surveillance on command and control signals, deployment operations, and logistical movements across the entire Iranian airspace and territory, according to a report by Channel 10 Hebrew.
The channel's report attributed the caution to ongoing tensions regarding Iran's nuclear and missile programs, following reports indicating Israel's intention to activate scenarios for launching another attack on Iran.
In this context, other Hebrew sources mentioned that the US Central Command USCENTCOM has been launching aerial reconnaissance patrols, conducted by American WC-135R Nuke Sniffer aircraft, to monitor presumed nuclear activity in Iran since a few days ago.
The aircraft operate under the US 16th Air Force in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, which belongs to the 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base.
According to the Hebrew site "Netziv," the aircraft, equipped with high-tech devices and systems, collect samples from the atmosphere, enabling specialized crews to detect radioactive particles, which might indicate nuclear activity.
While the pilots and navigators of these aircraft belong to the American 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, the operators of the specialized equipment are part of the Technical Applications Center of the Air Force at Patrick Space Force Base.
The American move raised questions in Tel Aviv about the motives of the United States in sending reconnaissance aircraft, and the undeclared objectives of patrolling the region off the coasts of Iran during these tense moments, followed by another inquiry in the same vein: Have American or Israeli intelligence services detected any unusual nuclear activity, such that definitive evidence could only be confirmed by such an aircraft?
Israeli doubts intensified with reports, published by "Maariv" newspaper, confirming Iran’s inability to face an expected attack with conventional weapons, indicating that Iranians actually possess between 1500 and 2000 missiles. However, it noted that Iran owns only less than 100 launch platforms, and most of its missiles are liquid-fueled.
This means, according to estimates, that refueling Iranian missiles takes a long time, negatively affecting the launch rate, and making the missiles vulnerable to damage while on the ground.
Tel Aviv does not rule out the Iranians obtaining unconventional technology from North Korea and China, which boosts the hypothesis of resorting to a catastrophic scenario during an impending war.
