Giza Municipality activates the service of issuing financial clearance certificates electronically

Khaberni - Giza Municipality announced, in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Local Administration, that it has started the service of issuing financial clearance certificates on properties entirely electronically, as part of its efforts to update municipal services and enhance digital transformation.

The municipality confirmed in a statement on Sunday that the service aims to facilitate citizens and enable them to complete their transactions easily, without the need for physical presence, thus saving time and effort and improving the efficiency and quality of services provided.

It was clarified that the service relies on direct electronic linking with several related government entities, most notably the Land and Survey Department and the Civil Status and Passports Department, ensuring the accuracy of information and speeding up the processing of requests.

The municipality urged citizens who wish to benefit from the service to activate their personal accounts on the "Sanad" application and to submit their applications electronically via the local administration's electronic services platform.
