It also reported that Omar Marmoush is also on Aston Villa's radar in the current winter transfer season, especially with speculations about the Egyptian’s future due to not getting enough playing time with Manchester City.
Aston Villa is aiming to sign Marmoush on loan from Manchester City, but the latter hesitates somewhat especially since the team is competing in several championships and needs its players.
Marmoush had joined the ranks of Manchester City in January 2025 coming from Eintracht Frankfurt in a massive deal worth 59 million pounds sterling, and his contract extends until the summer of 2029. However, he has not had the opportunity to fully participate and establish himself under coach Pep Guardiola.
