Real Madrid Considers Reinstating Ancelotti

Khaberni -  Recent media reports have circulated the name of Carlo Ancelotti as a possible option for returning to coach Real Madrid, amidst discussions of an internal review within the royal club regarding the possibility of rehiring the Italian coach to lead the team during the next season, despite his current official contract with the Brazilian Football Confederation until the end of the next World Cup.

The Brazilian newspaper Jornal O Dia reported that Real Madrid’s administration includes Ancelotti on the list of options in case of changes at the technical staff level, drawing on the successful experience the coach had with the team during his previous terms, which saw the win of local and continental titles and left a clear imprint on the team’s identity on the field.

Ancelotti is 66 years old and had announced a few months ago his appointment as the coach of the Brazil national team with a contract that extends to the 2026 World Cup, in a historic move that made him the first foreign coach to lead "Selecao". Nevertheless, speculations still surround his future, given the strong relationship he has with Real Madrid and the great confidence he enjoys from the club's fans and administration.

At the same time, no official comment has been issued by Real Madrid or Ancelotti himself regarding these news, leaving the matter open to several possibilities, especially with the games piling up in the second half of the season and major clubs beginning to outline their technical projects for the coming phase.
