Khaberni - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Monday that the Sanad application has returned to normal operation, following the temporary technical strain that resulted from the large turnout after announcing the new update.
The ministry explained in a statement that the specialized technical teams have been continuously working since yesterday to address technical remarks and increase the capacity of the systems, ensuring the stability and continuity of the service without interruption.
It was clarified that this update is part of the trial phase for the Sanad 1.5 application, which aims to continuously develop and improve the performance of the application, enhance user experience, and ensure technical monitoring around the clock.
The ministry expressed its apologies for any confusion that may have arisen from this temporary halt, reaffirming that the purpose of the Sanad application update is to better serve the citizens, facilitating their access to government services with ease and security.
