Israeli Soldier Roams the Streets of Cairo and Sparks Outrage

Khaberni - A former Israeli soldier sparked a wave of condemnation and anger on social media after posting video clips of his visit to Cairo.

The former Israeli soldier, Gal Zeh Moshiler, was seen roaming the streets of Cairo and visiting its historical landmarks, making comments many considered offensive to Egypt and its people.

The clips raised questions about how he was able to enter the country and the circumstances that allowed him to move around freely.

Gal Zeh Moshiler, who served in the Israeli Paratroopers Brigade in 2010, shared on his Facebook account videos of his visits to the Saladin Citadel and the Giza Pyramids, along with tours in popular neighborhoods.

Gal focused on filming scenes of poverty and popular neighborhoods, linking them with harsh comments when he described a person he shook hands with as having "dirty hands" and labeled the country as "the India of Muslims."

It is not precisely known when his visit to Egypt was, but his clips started appearing since late November last year and he continues to post new parts of them.
