Khaberni - The Israeli army revealed today, Wednesday, that it launched about 21,000 airstrikes in addition to 430 military operations during its aggression on Palestine and the countries of the region in 2025, which led to the deaths of hundreds, reflecting an unprecedented escalation of violence and destruction.
The army stated in its annual report for 2025 that it launched approximately 20,900 airstrikes, in addition to 430 military operations in areas of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, alongside Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and Yemen during the year 2025.
In the Gaza Strip, the army announced that it targeted 19,530 objectives and destroyed about 13,910 infrastructures, as part of a widespread aggression that affected residential areas and civilian facilities, claiming to have killed 4 individuals with the rank of brigade commander, 14 with the rank of battalion commander, and 53 with the rank of company commander.
Israel started a genocide war on the Gaza Strip on October 8, 2023, which lasted two years, during which it systematically bombarded cities and residential areas, leaving more than 71,000 martyrs and 171,000 injured, and leading to a massive displacement of Palestinian civilians.
Israel targeted hospitals, schools, and vital infrastructure, in an escalation that reflects its policy aimed at the total destruction of Gaza.
The government media office in Gaza stated that the Israeli army bombed with more than 200,000 tons of explosives during the two years of genocide, including internationally banned explosives like bombs weighing 200 pounds.
