Jordanian Patent in the Field of Electrical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence

Khaberni - The Jordanian inventor Dr. Engineer Qasem Ali Abu Ain registered the first patent in the field of electrical engineering and artificial intelligence from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

The invention registered by Abu Ain is a "Topological Metabolic Analysis-Based Energy Management System (TMA-EMS) for Electrical Power Networks,"
which is an innovative system according to Abu Ain aimed at developing methods for managing and improving the efficiency of electrical power networks, based on advanced analysis models and artificial intelligence technologies.

According to Dr. "Abu Ain", the TMA-EMS system is a smart electrical power management system, aimed at improving the operational efficiency of power networks through analyzing how energy flows within the network and making smart decisions to regulate it more efficiently and stably.

The system relies on advanced analysis models inspired by the concept of "biological pathways", where energy within the network is treated as interconnected pathways that can be studied and optimized, allowing for reduced loss, improved energy distribution, and maximal use of available resources.

The system assists in dealing with modern challenges facing electric grids, especially with the increasing reliance on renewable energy such as solar power, the presence of batteries and storage systems, and continuously changing electrical loads. In such complex environments, traditional energy management becomes less efficient, which this system seeks to address.

TMA-EMS uses artificial intelligence techniques to support decision-makers, by analyzing available data and predicting various network conditions, then suggesting the best management approach for each situation, whether in large networks or microgrids.

This system can be applied in several areas, including smart electricity grids, renewable energy systems, industrial projects, intelligent buildings, and electrical storage systems, making it a promising tool to support the transition towards more efficient and sustainable energy systems.

This invention represents a significant scientific leap and a revolution in the field of energy engineering and smart systems, and reflects a global trend towards integrating artificial intelligence in managing vital resources, serving sustainable development and enhancing energy security.
