Weather specialists said that the latest computer simulation readings indicate that the kingdom will be affected by two consecutive depressions during the last days of this year, with the first atmospheric depression starting on Saturday and continuing on Sunday. It has been classified as a second degree (ordinary) according to the innovative scale of intensity of weather depressions from Arab weather, followed by another depression in the middle of the week, God willing.
It is expected that both depressions will bring cold, cloudy, and rainy winter conditions to the kingdom in several areas, with an increase in wind speed, especially in exposed areas, and we ask God to make it a mercy and rains of goodness and blessing.
In detail, the kingdom will gradually be affected by God's will, starting from the afternoon and evening of Saturday 27/12/2025 with a second-degree (ordinary) atmospheric depression accompanied by a cold and humid air mass. Therefore, temperatures will drop and the weather will become cold, with increasingly cloudy skies over time. There is a chance of showers of varying intensity that will periodically fall in the northern regions of the kingdom, extending to the central regions including the capital, Amman. It is also not unlikely that the rain will reach parts of the southern regions by the will of God.
During the day on Sunday 28/12/2025, the kingdom continues to be affected by the same atmospheric depression classified as ordinary. Therefore, the weather remains cold and varies between partly cloudy and cloudy, with showers falling intermittently in various areas of the kingdom, God willing.
The rains are accompanied by the crossing of low clouds close to the ground, leading to the formation of dense fog above the high mountain peaks, especially in the northern areas. Winds will be moderate southwesterly, occasionally increasing speed with strong gusts of more than 70 km/h in exposed areas, especially in the badlands and plains, causing dust in those areas.

Furthermore, the outcomes of what is known as computer simulation indicate the continued flow of cold winds to the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, resulting in a new rain-bearing atmospheric depression centered north of Syria later on, affecting the kingdom on Monday and Tuesday, 29 and 30 December, and continuing the same cold and cloudy conditions with showers in various regions of the kingdom, accompanied by increased wind speed, God willing.
