Al-Shaker confirmed that what is being circulated about snowstorms at the end of the year does not rely on precise scientific data at this time, indicating that predicting such cases requires clear indicators that get closer in time to their occurrence and it is not possible to determine them until 48 to 72 hours before they happen.
