Taibeh Municipality Begins Issuing Property Clearance Certificates Electronically

Taibeh sub-district Municipality in West Irbid announced the official commencement of the service for issuing financial clearance certificates for properties electronically in full, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Local Administration, as part of the efforts for digital transformation and updating the services provided to citizens.
The service comes within the framework of developing the service system and improving efficiency and transparency in processing transactions, through providing easy and quick electronic procedures, which aligns with the government's direction towards simplifying procedures and enhancing the quality of public services.
Thabit Al-Sharida, head of the Taibeh Municipality committee, stated in a press release today, Sunday, that the municipality will stop receiving paper-based financial clearance transactions starting from next Tuesday, and that all applications must be submitted electronically only, with the aim of improving efficiency, speeding up the processing of transactions, and reducing the burden on citizens.
He explained that the service relies on electronic linkage with several related government institutions, most notably the Land and Survey Department and the Civil Status and Passports Department, allowing citizens to submit requests without the need to visit the municipality, thus saving time and effort.
He invited citizens to benefit from the service by activating their personal account on the "Sanad" application, and to submit a request for issuing financial clearance through the platform of the Ministry of Local Administration via the link: https://eservices.mola.gov.jo.
