Khaberni - Requested a number of parents of students in the first secondary and high school 2008–2009 the necessity to review and delete some units from English language curricula, stressing that the time allocated for teaching the material is insufficient to complete the content as required, negatively affecting the students’ comprehension level.
During the live broadcast of the program “Education for All, hosted by media personality Tamara Sawahneh on Voice of Ajloun Radio, teachers from various regions of the kingdom confirmed their supportive stance for the demands of the parents, pointing out that the density of the curriculum does not match the number of allocated classes.
Participants emphasized the importance of aligning educational content with the time allocated for it, considering the abilities of students and their individual differences, calling on the Ministry of Education to reconsider the curriculum and teaching methods.
The program is part of the fifth programming cycle of Voice of Ajloun Radio, under the umbrella of the Change Agents Center for Sustainable Development, and within the project “Heard Voices .
