24 Years of Giving Tal Diwan Gathers 250 Expatriate Students at an Iftar Table

Khaberni - The Tal clan's Diwan in Irbid city continued its Ramadan tradition for the twenty-fourth consecutive year by organizing a communal Iftar feast for about 250 students from expatriate Muslim communities studying at universities in North Jordan, in a humanitarian initiative aimed at giving them a sense of family during the month of Ramadan.

Ehsan al-Tal, a member of the Tal clan's charity and Iftar committee, explained that the initiative stems from a religious and social duty towards the expatriate students. Members of the clan prepare traditional Iftar meals themselves and serve them at the clan's Diwan, creating an atmosphere that reflects the spirit of solidarity and brotherhood.

He pointed out that the Diwan also organized an Iftar on the first day of Ramadan for about 250 orphans, distributing cash gifts to them, in a step aimed at bringing joy to their hearts during the holy month.

He emphasized that these initiatives embody the values of generosity and compassion that characterizes the Jordanian community, and reflect the image of Jordan as an open house that embraces both its children and its guests alike.
