Khaberni - Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Al-Qudah stated that the ministry will work on automating the procedures and operations by 100% during the next year, which will facilitate and accelerate the procedures and increase job performance efficiency for employees.
Al-Qudah added during his meeting with the ministry's directors in the central office and provinces, on Monday, that the ministry plays a pivotal and fundamental role in the economic and administrative reform system, which translates the visions and directives of His Majesty the King and the targets of the economic modernization vision to enhance the journey of the national economy and improve the level of services provided to citizens and all sectors dealing with it.
He emphasized that winning the Arab Government Excellence Award as the best Arab ministry entails great responsibilities regarding maintaining excellence and enhancing it during the upcoming period to align with the economic and administrative reform plans and programs, so that everyone dealing with the ministry constantly feels the fruits of development and modernization.
He pointed out that Jordan is a leader in the region in terms of excellence and the creation of many awards, the most important of which is the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance.
Al-Qudah directed to hold regular meetings with the directors of the ministry to discuss any proposals for development and modernization and the mechanisms of work in all the various and complex files handled by the ministry.
In turn, the Secretary-General of the Ministry, Dana Al-Zu’bi, said that this achievement reflects the development that the ministry has reached in various fields and dealing with digital transformations, noting that the ministry, its directorates, and its employees have received several excellence awards recently.
She added that the ministry always strives to work in a spirit of teamwork and collaboration as a basis for accomplishment and achieving strategic goals.
