Khaberni - BFMTV channel reported from the Public Prosecutor's Office in Paris that the house of the former president of France and the current member of Parliament, François Hollande, was robbed.

The channel indicated that the capital's police were able to arrest the suspects.

The channel’s report stated: "BFMTV learned that the house of François Hollande and his wife Julie Gayet in Paris, was robbed on November 22. According to our information, the stolen items included expensive watches, and officers from the second district of the Judicial Police were able to track down the suspected thieves and arrest them."

According to the channel, two Algerian youths were charged with theft and were arrested. Reports indicated that the police found the stolen watch during a search operation and returned it to Hollande.

Hollande served as the president of France from 2012 to 2017, and has been a member of the National Assembly (Parliament) in the country since July 2024.
