Khaberni - The Department of Driver and Vehicle Licensing announced that it will provide a mobile licensing service for ownership transfer services, mortgage, mortgage release, and other licensing services within the Free Zone/Zarqa, starting from tomorrow 2/12/2025, until 31/12/2025
This service is provided to facilitate investors and enable them to complete the vehicle ownership transfer transactions of recently registered vehicles without the need to visit external licensing departments.
