Khaberni - The Saudi Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority has denied speculations about the effects of radioactive materials, which are carried by the ash of Haili Gobi Volcano and their impact on health and the environment.
It confirmed that the geological components of this ash are natural, including naturally radioactive materials, which may also be components of some dust and dirt from the winds, without any radioactive impact on environmental safety.
