Khaberni - The Southern Shouna Court Enforcement Department has announced the launch of a public auction sale lasting thirty days, within the execution case number (2/2025), related to the lawsuit between the judgment creditor Monir Ellas Ammouri, by his legal representative lawyer Raef Al Qasim, against the judgment debtor Wadi Al Shita Touristic Investments Company.
According to the announcement, the bidding will be open via the dedicated website for the Ministry of Justice auctions:

This will start from the day following the announcement date and will last for thirty days.
Participants wishing to bid in the auction are required to deposit a down payment of 10% of the estimated value electronically, provided that the bidding does not fall below 50% of the value determined in the expertise report. The announcement also clarified that the stamp fees for bidding are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
The announcement noted that if the last day of the auction falls on an official holiday, the date will be moved to the first official working day following that holiday.
