Khaberni - MP Hassan Al-Riyati addressed a series of questions to Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan, regarding appointments at the Aqaba Development Corporation.

Based on the provisions of Article (96) of the Constitution and in accordance with the provisions of Article (123) of the Internal System of the Parliament, I request directing the following question to the Prime Minister.

Subject: Appointments at the Aqaba Development Corporation.
1. How many employees were appointed during 2024-2025 at the Aqaba Development Corporation, whether through service purchase, contracting agreements, or any other form of contracts?
2. What are the reasons for excluding the sons of Aqaba governorate from these appointments, despite the availability of qualified local competencies and experience for these positions?
3. Please provide me with the salary values for each of the positions appointed in 2024-2025, and explain the reasons for the notable increase in these salaries.
4. How are vacant positions in the company announced? Why aren't these advertisements published in the official newspaper according to the usual procedures followed in many governmental and semi-governmental institutions?
5. What are the reasons for the Aqaba Development Corporation to transfer more than (15) employees from the company to another company Khaberni, and what justifies appointing replacements for them instead of benefiting from the transferred personnel?
