Khaberni - The agenda for the House of Representatives in its fifth session, scheduled to take place at eleven o'clock in the morning next Monday, includes 11 bills sent from the government.
According to the session's agenda, the bills are:
1- A draft amendment to the Electronic Transactions Law for the year 2025.
2- A draft amendment to the Notary Law for the year 2025.
3- A draft amendment to the Law of Waqfs and Islamic Affairs and Sanctities for the year 2025.
4- A draft amendment to the Law of Sharia Implementation for the year 2025.
5- The Gas Law for the year 2025.
6- A draft law approving the Extradition Agreement between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Spain for the year 2025.
7- A draft law approving the Executive Agreement for the assessment, development, and exploitation of copper and its associated minerals in the (Abu Khshibah) area signed between the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and Wadi Araba Minerals Company, and the license for exploration, prospecting, development, operation, and production of minerals (copper and its associated minerals) and their marketing to Wadi Araba Minerals Company for the year 2025.
8- An amended draft to the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Law for the year 2025.
9- A draft law approving the Extradition Agreement between the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the year 2025.
10- The Insurance Contracts Law for the year 2025.
11- A draft law approving a loan agreement between the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Government of the Republic of Italy for the year 2024.
