Khaberni - Housing Bank has concluded the "Credit Culture Academy" training program, which it launched earlier in collaboration with Moody's Analytics - the educational, analytical, and consulting arm of Moody's Corporation, specialized in credit ratings, financial analysis, and risk management, offering specialized training to develop technical and analytical capabilities in credit and risk management among its employees.
The program was implemented over a year and a half according to global standards and practices, continuing the bank’s approach to enhancing specialized competencies and preparing new generations of leadership, in line with transformations in the banking industry, considering it one of the most important pillars of performance quality, sustainable growth, and maintaining local and regional leadership.
Upon the conclusion of the program, the bank held a graduation event that included the participation of several concerned managers at the bank and representatives from Moody's Analytics; during which the graduates were awarded certificates of appreciation for their efforts in completing the program requirements, and outstanding participants were honored for their commitment and exceptional achievements during the training stages.
