Khaberni - The international magazine "Global Finance" (Global Finance), headquartered in New York, recently awarded Arab Bank a series of awards, the most prominent being the "Best Bank for Digital Banking Services for Individuals and Companies in Jordan" for the year 2025, in addition to 26 other awards on the local and regional levels in the field of digital banking services for individuals and companies in Jordan and various markets in the Middle East and Africa.
The bank was selected for these awards by an international judging panel comprising experts from Infosys, a leading company in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, in addition to the magazine’s specialized editorial team. The selection criteria included; strategic strength in attracting and serving customers through digital banking channels, growth in the number of users of these services, expansion of products offered to customers, tangible and acquired benefits from digital initiatives, special website design and functionalities, and the strength and user-friendliness of the digital products and services.
This achievement is a notable addition to the bank's rich record, embodying the bank’s ability to transform innovation into tangible value for its customers through modern services that meet their aspirations and expectations. It also reflects the bank’s strategic vision and its continual commitment to keep up with the latest developments in the banking sector and adopt the best global practices in the field of digital transformation.
The list of awards the bank won in Jordan in the field of digital banking services for individuals includes; the Integrated Digital Bank award, Best Bank in Digital Innovation award, Best in Payment Services award, Best in Electronic Payment Solutions award, Best in Lending award, Best in Marketing and Social Media Services award, Best Mobile and Tablet Banking Application award, Best Integrated Website for Individuals award, and Best User Experience (UX) Design award.
In terms of the corporate sector in Jordan, the bank received the award for Best Initial Programming Interface, Best User Experience Services through Electronic Portals (UX), Best Commercial Financing Services, and Best Bank in Treasury and Cash Management Online Services.
At the level of the Middle East, Arab Bank won two regional awards for individuals including Best in Payment Services and Best Integrated Website for Individuals in the Middle East, and on the corporate side, the bank received the Best Treasury and Cash Management Online Services in the Middle East, along with a series of other awards in Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria.
