Khaberni - The Jerash Governorate Council's Committee announced that it will, represented by the Public Safety Department and in collaboration with Jerash Governorate Police Directorate, Jerash Governorate Public Works Directorate, and Greater Jerash Municipality, remove all forms of encroachments on the main and secondary roads in the governorate.
The committee indicated that it has issued signed written warnings to the owners of kiosks encroaching on public streets, in accordance with legal procedures.
It was clarified that removal will be carried out by the committee at the expense of the encroachers, through legal financial claims submitted to the competent authorities.
It also indicated that the campaign will start on Sunday, November 15, 2025, and will continue for a week.
