Khaberni - Erectile dysfunction (sexual impotence) is a common problem faced by men of all ages. Certain symptoms often precede its appearance, which are necessary to pay attention to.

According to Dr. Artur Bogatirev, a specialist in urology and male diseases, a decrease in interest in intimate relationships is one of the first warning signs. This may be manifested in reduced sexual desire or a weakening of emotional response to the partner.

Other common symptoms include erectile dysfunction, where a man notices that his penis’ erection is insufficient for engaging in intimate relations or that it is unstable.

He says, "The first symptoms usually appear as chronic fatigue, weakness, and increased irritability. These symptoms may be a result of stress, depression, or a sedentary lifestyle, which also affects sexual capability."

According to him, urinary tract problems - frequent urination, weak flow, or pain - may indicate a malfunction in prostate function, which can lead to sexual impotence. Additionally, difficulty in ejaculation or its absence, which is a condition associated with hormonal or neurological disorders, may also indicate this problem.

The doctor emphasizes that the appearance of these symptoms does not always indicate sexual impotence.

He says, "If a man notices such changes, he should visit a urologist. Because early and timely diagnosis and changing his lifestyle can help prevent the progression of erectile dysfunction to a chronic condition and maintain sexual health."
