Through the projects "Tbilisi Waterfront" and "Gonio Yachts and Marina," the company aims to establish a unified vision for the future of Georgia, where economic growth and environmental responsibility merge to blend modern development with cultural heritage. The two destinations are expected to significantly contribute to Georgia's GDP, with anticipated investments exceeding 6.5 billion US dollars, huge potentials allowing to attract more than 350,000 visitors annually, stimulating local industries, in addition to attracting more than 10 billion dollars of direct foreign investments and providing over 30,000 job opportunities in construction, retail, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
The two projects reflect Eagle Hills' belief that true progress is only achieved through respect for people and place, as manifested in the cities of "Tbilisi" and "Batumi" through energy-saving infrastructure, smart systems, and green transportation networks, alongside environmental conservation standards, with a special focus in "Batumi" on protecting natural habitats and bird sanctuaries on the Black Sea coast.
Furthermore, the breathtaking natural landscapes and rich traditions of Georgia are both a source of inspiration and responsibility, where these projects have been designed to complement the local landscape, enhancing its beauty and embedding sustainable social and economic values. These modern destinations seamlessly align with Georgia's national growth agenda, supporting sustainable tourism and promoting responsible land use, contributing to the country's long-term development.
It is worth mentioning that the "Tbilisi Waterfront" project is located on the banks of the capital's river, serving as a unique haven that reflects the city's character and natural charm, extending over an area of 590 hectares, including 170 hectares of gardens and open green spaces, redefining the concept of urban living through a multi-use community that uniquely merges architecture with nature.
The master plan includes upscale residential units, retail stores, hospitality facilities, and an advanced center for health and recreation, alongside wide green spaces and paths for walking and leisure areas, in a sophisticated project that elevates the standards of sustainable residential communities in the region and enhances Tbilisi's stature as a vibrant and livable capital. Moreover, the "Tbilisi Waterfront" project is based on sustainability and balance principles, enhancing concepts of connecting with nature and the community, and encouraging healthy practices, as embodied in its pedestrian streets, bike paths, green corridors, and advanced health facilities, providing an environment that supports the well-being of residents and the quality of their lives.
On the picturesque coast of "Batumi," the "Gonio Yachts and Marina" project spans an area of 260 hectares, forming an advanced marine destination designed to mirror the standards of marina communities, combining luxury and sustainability in a unique coastal refuge. The project includes a world-class marina for yachts, in addition to residential units designed in collaboration with luxury brands, luxury and boutique hotels, and streets embracing prominent shops and commercial outlets, alongside green spaces inspired by the maritime heritage of Georgia. Its design features open views and pedestrian-friendly streets and premium leisure spaces, embodying a vibrant living experience by the sea.
The project has been developed with a clear vision aimed at integrating with Batumi's coastal environment through its eco-friendly design and responsible management and measures adopted to protect biological diversity, enhancing the tourist appeal of the area while preserving its natural legacy, and establishing Batumi's status as a yachting, entertainment, and premium living destination.
