Khaberni - In West Bengal, India, a horrifying crime occurred where a 35-year-old man was stabbed to death by his neighbors following a dispute over shutting off loud music during the "Kali Puja Night" festival celebrations.
According to Indian media reports citing local police in South 24 Parganas district, the victim was named Sanatan Naskar and worked as an office peon at a private company. He had turned off the sound system at one of the festival tents after an elderly neighbor, who suffered from heart problems, asked him to reduce the noise. After stopping the music, he returned home.
However, the neighbors Binto Saha and his wife, who were also part of the festival celebrations, followed him to his home and confronted him for cutting off the music.
