Moreover, Captain Amer Al-Smadi from the Highway Patrol reported that this morning, Thursday, they dealt with a collision involving four vehicles, including a bus, on the Irbid-Amman road, caused by tailgating, with no injuries, which led to a severe traffic jam.
He added during the traffic report on the Public Security Radio that an oil spill was also handled on the Al-Adasiyah-Naour road, and it is currently being managed.
Regarding the past 24 hours, he reported dealing with a collision involving five vehicles on the Airport road towards Amman, with no injuries.
He mentioned that a 16-year-old was caught driving a vehicle at a high speed exceeding 116 km/h on the Desert Road in the area of Daba, and he was apprehended and taken to the security center for legal proceedings.
Speeding was also detected on the Azraq road, reaching up to 192 km/h, and necessary actions were taken against the offenders.
