Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, having held leadership positions at some of the world's leading hotels within the Hilton and IHG groups. He recently led the comprehensive transformation of the InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest, which culminated in its selection as the Hotel of the Year 2025, alongside personally receiving the award for Best General Manager of the Year.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nicolas has been known for his passion for excellence and his commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to guests, which has earned him several prestigious awards, including the "Kohn" award for the highest guest satisfaction rates in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region within the Hilton group.
