Khaberni - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority advised, on Sunday, those wishing to provide delivery service for goods and merchandise to only deal with licensed entities, which hold a postal service license issued by the authority.
The Authority confirmed in a post on "Facebook" that it is the competent authority to license postal and delivery service operators, with the aim of protecting clients and preserving their rights and the reputation of their business.
