Several residents of Ajloun complained about a road being dug and left unfinished, which led to multiple traffic accidents.
Civilians in a statement to "Khaberni" said that the "Sakreen" road was dug three weeks ago and left with no work being done on it, pointing out that digging the road and leaving it unfinished caused several accidents over the past days.
The citizens continued that the road serves as a lifeline for the residents of the areas it serves, which are: (Rajib, Khashibah, Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, Al-Fakhira, Shkarah, Al-Ziraa, Al-Sakhinah, Blas, Safeenah, Al-Balloutah, Umm Al-Khashb), and that the road is used by various types of vehicles including route buses, trucks, pickups, small cars, and student buses, making it dangerous for the residents and their children if the problem is not resolved.
The citizens indicated that the road has become a serious concern and an unbearable suffering for them, demanding all relevant authorities to expedite solving the problem before the onset of winter, which could complicate matters due to the difficulty of working in it.
