Khaberni - The Jordanian Field Hospital Gaza/83 continues to perform its humanitarian and medical duties through its support and reinforcement of the efforts of the Jordanian Field Hospital South Gaza/7, in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, after its relocation from its previous site in Tal Al Hawa, north of the Strip.

This step is part of the ongoing efforts made by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to support the Palestinian people and stand by them under the difficult humanitarian conditions they are experiencing in the Strip.

The commander of the North Gaza hospital force confirmed that the medical and nursing staff of the hospital have joined forces with the South Gaza Hospital staff, and continue to work around the clock, to provide comprehensive healthcare, receive the wounded and injured, as well as patients, in addition to performing surgical operations and providing necessary treatments and medications, to enhance the level of health services provided and alleviate the suffering of the residents, amid the increasing ongoing medical needs.

In turn, the residents of Khan Yunis expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the significant humanitarian role played by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, praising the high efficiency of the Jordanian medical staff, and the diligent efforts to provide medical equipment and supplies that contribute to improving the level of healthcare in the Strip.

It is worth mentioning that the Gaza/83 hospital, during its work in Tal Al Hawa, dealt with more than 34,000 medical cases, in addition to performing more than 220 major and minor surgical operations since its mission began on August 12th, until its transfer to Khan Yunis on the current September 22nd.
