Khaberni - Exclusive
A citizen in Karak, southern Jordan, found plastic bags in the entrails of a sheep that was slaughtered last week.
The citizen documented the bags with photos exclusive to the "Khaberni" site, which show them mixed with the entrails, in a scene that has become familiar, according to livestock breeders.
The breeders told "Khaberni" that the presence of plastic bags in the entrails of sheep comes with the scarcity of rainfall, drying of pastures, and the shortage of fodder quantities.
They pointed out that the continuation of this situation, along with the rising costs of livestock breeding, threatens the future of animal wealth in Jordan.
