Did Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz Separate from His Wife

Khaberni -Social media users have circulated news in the past few hours about the separation of the Egyptian artist, Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, from his wife, Ann Refaie, whom he has been married to since July 2011.

Despite the absence of any official confirmation or denial from both parties, a number of followers indicated that the divorce had occurred several months ago, amid hints of a relationship between the separation and a famous actress who recently co-starred with Karim in one of his latest cinematic works, increasing speculations and interactions on networking sites.

In a related context, the Egyptian media personality Yasmin Ezz commented on the news during the Sunday episode of her program "Kalam El Nas", broadcast on "MBC Egypt", urging the public to respect privacy and not to interfere in the personal lives of celebrities, asserting that such matters "concern only those involved," as she expressed it.

Yasmin confirmed the divorce news by saying: "Karim and his wife have finally divorced, may God compensate them. If it's meant to be, they will get back together," continuing: "Karim is a beautiful and respectable artist, we've seen all respect from him, so our role as fans in things like this is to pray for him and say may God bless you. And that's it."

New Movie
On the other hand, Karim is preparing to release his new movie "Talqini", a romantic comedy written by Ayman Bahgat Qamar and directed by Khaled Marei, featuring a number of guest stars.

Karim has recently attracted attention through his leading role in the series "Kingdom of Silk", which takes place in a fictional world and an unspecified time, where a flourishing kingdom collapses on the birthday of its king "Nour El Din II", after his assassination by his uncle "El Dahaby", beginning a chase for his two young sons amid the chaos.

The work features a selection of stars of Egyptian drama, including: Ahmed Ghazy, Asmaa Abul-Yazid, Sarah El-Tunsi, Amr Abdel Gelil, Mahmoud El Bezawy, and Waleed Fawaz, and is written and directed by Peter Mimi.
