Cameras are not a punishment but the last line of defense between you and the tragedy
الكاتب:  باسم عارف الشورة

The problem is not in the cameras, but in the moment when some underestimate the law and think that the road is a space for chaos, not responsibility. Here, stories begin that end with a mother’s tear, the silence of a house that lost a loved one, or a vehicle turned into wreckage in seconds of recklessness.
The cameras were not placed to scare people, but to prevent the regretful moment after which life never returns to the way it was. They do not target you… they target the mistake in you: deadly speed, a broken signal, a phone that steals your attention, or recklessness in seconds that could end a whole lifetime.
Those who refuse them today, must honestly ask themselves: What if this camera was the reason for saving a son, a brother, or a friend? Would we continue to refuse it or would we be grateful for its presence? The harsh truth is that most accidents were not fate… but a wrong decision.
The law is not an option, and commitment is not a weakness. True strength is to drive knowing that your life and the lives of others are a trust. The roads are not yours alone, and every transgression by you could be the end for an innocent person.
In a time when accidents are frequent, there is no room for sterile debate. The cameras have been placed because some did not comply, and because lives are too precious to be left to the randomness of behavior. Those who want to avoid the violation, the matter is simple: comply… and no camera will see you.
Choose to arrive… not to be remembered.
Choose to protect… not to regret.
Because the road is unforgiving, and the camera might be the difference between a life continued… and a story concluded.
