Khaberni - The Judicial Council has decided to conduct new judicial transfers that included a number of leadership positions in the Public Prosecution and the High Courts, aimed at organizing work and enhancing efficiency within the judicial system.
In accordance with the decision, Mohammad Al-Khasawneh was appointed as the head of the Administrative Public Prosecution, while Ali Al-Masri was appointed as the Director of the Technical Office at the Court of Cassation.
The transfers also included the appointment of Mohammad Al-Bakhit as the Director of the Technical Office at the Supreme Administrative Court.
These transfers are part of regular procedures aimed at developing judicial performance and achieving further efficiency in the workflow inside the courts and prosecutions.
