Khaberni - Russian news agencies reported, citing Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, on Wednesday, that President Vladimir Putin can only meet his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy to finalize arrangements concerning the war.
The TASS news agency quoted Peskov telling Russian television, "The main thing is the purpose of this meeting. Why should they meet? Putin has said he is ready to hold a meeting in Moscow at any moment."
Peskov added: "It's important to have a reason for the meeting, and more importantly, that the meeting is fruitful. And that can only be for the purpose of striking agreements."
