For the first time in Jordan Umniah launches an AIsupported smart monitoring service to enhance institutional security

Khaberni  – Umniah, a Beyon company, announced the launch of its managed video surveillance service (VSaaS) that is enhanced with artificial intelligence technologies, as part of its corporate solutions package, aiming to enable institutions to enhance their operational security with advanced and flexible solutions.

The service relies on a monthly subscription model that allows institutions to benefit from a secure and advanced infrastructure without the need for large capital investments or complex operational burdens. The service includes an integrated system starting from supply and installation, through the provision of recording devices, to maintenance and ongoing technical support.

The service offers high-resolution cameras up to 8 megapixels, equipped with night vision capabilities, alongside flexible storage options either locally or via the cloud. It also allows users to easily access live streaming and recordings through the web or smartphone applications.

In the context of enhancing monitoring efficiency, the service includes an advanced set of artificial intelligence features that go beyond traditional concepts, including motion detection, immediate alerts, and smart analysis capabilities such as fire and smoke detection, monitoring unusual behaviors, and crowd analysis, which contributes to supporting faster and more accurate decision-making.

The solutions also allow for integration with facility management systems, such as access control, visitor management, and parking systems, to provide a connected security system that supports smart operations and enhances facility management efficiency.

The service relies on service level agreements that ensure operational continuity and rapid response, alongside round-the-clock local technical support and regular updates at no additional cost, which enhances the readiness and operational efficiency of the systems.

The launch of this service is part of Umniah's commitment to developing managed solutions and services that meet market needs, enable institutions to build safer and more flexible work environments, enhancing their readiness for growth and reinforcing Umniah's position as a reliable partner in supporting the digital infrastructure in the Kingdom.
