Iran We havent decided to send a delegation to Pakistan yet and no negotiations as long as the maritime blockade continues

Khaberni - The semi-official Iranian news agency "Tasnim" stated that Iran has not yet made a decision to send a negotiating delegation to Islamabad, "as long as the maritime blockade continues."

It added that it had obtained information indicating that the exchange of messages between Iran and the United States through the Pakistani mediator continued during the past few days, after the end of the first round of negotiations.

It continued that this exchange of messages is actually "a continuation of the process that took place during the first round of negotiations; the same process that eventually led to the failure of those negotiations due to the exaggerated American ambitions and aspirations."

It said that after the end of those negotiations, the Pakistani mediator recently carried the exchanged messages again.

It mentioned that the Iranian team affirmed that "as long as the declaration (by American President Donald) Trump regarding the maritime blockade on Iran remains in effect, there will be no negotiations."
