Khaberni - Minister of Government Communication, the official spokesperson for the government Dr. Mohammed Al-Momani, said that Jordan is in progress of executing its strategic projects and strengthening its economic power, emphasizing that it does not allow the ongoing regional events to be a reason for disrupting the national economic building journey.

He explained during press statements today, Sunday, that the resilience of the Jordanian economy was translated by global certifications that proved the kingdom's ability to handle disturbances with high efficiency.

He pointed to the importance of signing 10 agreements with the Syrian side, as they indicate the increasing economic activity, and he emphasized the depth of relationships with the brethren in the Gulf, citing investment understandings with the United Arab Emirates that included vital projects like the Aqaba port railway, which reflects the government's seriousness in translating projects into reality.

He affirmed that railroads are not an alternative to trucks, but rather enhance the transport system in the kingdom, which increases the economy's capacity for import, export, transportation, and logistics activities.

He added that the government is working according to a media plan that focuses on highlighting the positive indicators of the economy to enhance investor confidence, which reflects on growth and job creation.

At the end of his speech, Al-Momani reassured citizens regarding the food situation, considering Jordan's experience in recent crises as definitive proof of the readiness of institutions.
