Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan issued a directive to all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, official universities, municipalities, the Greater Amman Municipality, and government-owned companies to raise the Jordanian flag according to the instructions for the places and buildings where the Jordanian flag is raised, the times and occasions of its hoisting, and its position among other flags for the year 2006.
The Jordanian Flag Law published in the Official Gazette No. (6) of the year 2004 specified the instructions for the places and buildings where the Jordanian flag should be raised, along with the times and occasions for raising it, and its position among other flags for the year 2006.
