Amman Secretariat Abdoun Bridge and Sixth Towers Lit in Jordanian Flag Colors

The Greater Amman Municipality announced that Abdoun Bridge and the Sixth Towers will be lit in the colors of the Jordanian flag during the period between April 15-17, and flags will also be distributed on vehicles and to citizens across different areas of the municipality in celebration of the National Flag Day "Our Flag is High" which occurs this coming Thursday.

According to a statement from the municipality, the celebration of this national occasion includes a series of activities and events aimed at engaging citizens and boosting national spirit, where the Jordanian flag will be raised on flagpoles and shields in the streets and public squares and on the entrances and rooftops of municipal buildings and vehicles.
The municipality affirmed that celebrating this cherished national occasion in the hearts of Jordanians, reinforces the symbolism of the Jordanian flag, which represents a symbol of sovereignty and national unity, expresses national identity, and embodies the values of loyalty and belonging that unify Jordanians behind their Hashemite leadership in the ongoing journey of construction and contribution.
The celebration program also includes installing flags on flagpoles in residential areas and on flagpoles of buildings that have received new occupancy permits within the boundaries of the municipality, and launching a promotional video about the importance and symbolism of the Flag Day on the social media platforms of the "Municipality", in addition to posting advertising materials on all electronic screens in the streets and squares.
