The Israeli Army Announces the Death of a Soldier and Injury of Two in Southern Lebanon

Khaberni - The Israeli army announced the death of a reserve soldier and the injury of two others in a clash in southern Lebanon, raising the number of Israeli soldiers killed in Lebanon to 13, since the beginning of the confrontation.

The army announced this morning that the reserve Senior Assistant Eyal Oriel Bianco, 30 years old from Katzrin, was killed in a battle in southern Lebanon due to a military vehicle overturning during a field operation.

Two other soldiers were injured in the accident and were taken for treatment to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.

A statement from the Israeli army on Monday evening reported that a soldier died due to a military vehicle overturning during a field operation, and two other soldiers were injured and taken for treatment.

This incident occurs amidst escalating military operations, where data indicates that 13 Israeli soldiers have been killed in Lebanon since the start of the military operation "Lion's Roar" in Lebanon.

In a related context, the army announced last Wednesday the death of a soldier from the Golani Brigade, who is Sergeant First Class Tuval Libshitz from Beit Shean, during clashes in southern Lebanon.

The incident occurred during a military operation carried out by forces from Battalion 13 of the Golani Brigade in the village of Taibeh, located about three kilometers from the town of Misgav Am. During the operation, a direct clash erupted with elements from "Hezbollah" who opened fire from close range, resulting in the fall of a soldier and injuries of varying severity to five other soldiers.

The Israeli forces responded by opening fire, while the air force carried out airstrikes on the area to isolate the battlefield. The army provided assessments that some of the attackers were killed inside the buildings they fortified themselves in.
