After visiting Tafilah Hospital  AlBdoor Enhancing staff and reorganizing center services

Khaberni - During a tour he conducted today, Saturday, in the provinces of Tafilah and Karak, Minister of Health Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bdoor inspected 7 comprehensive health centers, namely Karak Health Center, Mutah Health Center, Mazar Health Center, That Ras Health Center, Al-Eis Health Center, Tafilah Health Center, and Bseira Health Center, in addition to Tafilah governmental hospital, where he reviewed the workflow and addressed the most prominent operational and technical challenges, especially those related to the shortage of staff and the variations in the level of services between the centers, and the level of these services and the working mechanisms followed in these facilities.

Al-Bdoor confirmed that the next phase would witness an enhancement in the number of medical, health, and administrative staff in several health facilities, alongside efforts to reorganize the services within the health centers, to ensure improved efficiency and reduced waiting times, and to elevate the quality of care provided. 

He emphasized the importance of conducting a comprehensive assessment of the infrastructure in these facilities, including necessary maintenance works, and setting clear priorities for their implementation, to guarantee the continuity of service provision without interruption, and to improve the work environment within health institutions.

Al-Bdoor pointed out that the reorganization of services in health centers will be based on principles that ensure the integration of roles among them, and enhance their ability to meet the health needs in their areas, especially in remote areas, which contributes to alleviating the pressure on hospitals and improving the efficiency of the overall health system.

He affirmed that field tours would remain a primary tool for monitoring performance and accurately identifying needs, which supports making swift and effective decisions that positively reflect on the level of health services.

He explained that this direction is consistent with the governmental approach led by Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, focused on enhancing fieldwork and developing direct monitoring mechanisms, contributing to the improvement of public services' efficiency and enhancing response levels to needs across various sectors.
