The top three winners will receive substantial cash prizes of 4000 dinars for first place, 2500 dinars for second place, and 1500 dinars for third place in the local edition, in addition to the opportunity to nominate them for the global edition of the award later this year. Meanwhile, the prizes for the global edition reach 25000 euros for first place, 15000 euros for second place, and 10000 euros for third place.
In the context of its role in empowering young men and women in the kingdom, Orange Jordan highlighted the importance of the challenge as a fundamental pillar of its efforts to provide a positive and supportive environment that contributes to supporting the economy and national innovation, where it seeks through its quality initiatives to develop the digital world skills of the youth and enhance their practical experience to improve their employment opportunities.
The participation conditions include that the applicant must have reached the age of 21, the startup has been established for no more than 5 years, present in at least one country of OMEA's 17 Middle East and Africa countries, and providing a prototype of the proposed tech solution.
