President of AlZaytoonah University of Jordan welcomes Yemeni Cultural Counselor to discuss prospects for cooperation

Khaberni  - The President of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, received in his office the Yemeni Cultural Counselor in Jordan, Professor Dr. Rahila Hussein Nasser Umair, accompanied by Engineer Mohammad Abdul Karim Al-Warafi, specialist in financial and academic affairs, and Mr. Bahjat Musa Diab, the public relations manager, to discuss ways to enhance academic and cultural cooperation between the two parties, in the context of the University's efforts to expand its international network and build effective strategic partnerships.

During the meeting, possible cooperation areas were reviewed, especially in attracting Yemeni students to enroll in various academic programs offered by the University, alongside exploring opportunities for cooperation in scientific research, and organizing joint events and activities that contribute to the exchange of expertise and enhancement of cultural communication between the two parties.

The President of the University affirmed Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan's commitment to providing an outstanding educational environment that supports international students and provides them with the foundations for success and excellence, praising the depth of brotherly relations that link the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the Republic of Yemen, and confirming the University's readiness to offer the necessary facilities for Yemeni students.

On her part, Dr. Umair expressed her appreciation for the efforts of Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and its academic excellence, emphasizing the importance of enhancing cooperation with Jordanian universities due to their prestigious academic reputation, and in a way that serves Yemeni students and opens broader prospects for them to continue their higher education.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue coordination and joint work to activate the areas of proposed cooperation, which will enhance academic and cultural relations and serve the mutual interests between the two parties.
