AlAhliyya Amman University Participates in the Opening of the Jordanian Artificial Intelligence Season

Khaberni - The Faculty of Engineering at Amman University participated in the Jordanian Artificial Intelligence Season JAIS 2026, which was recently held at the Haya Cultural Center under the patronage of the Jordanian Engineers Association engineer, Abdullah Asim Ghosheh, and organized by the Young Engineers and Electrical Media Committee in the Jordanian Engineers Association.
Dean's Assistant for Field Training Affairs, engineer Munira Al-Tayeb, and a group of outstanding students represented the Faculty of Engineering at this event.
The opening ceremony included a number of lectures and panel discussions in the field of artificial intelligence presented by a group of experts in this field.
This event reflects a national orientation towards establishing artificial intelligence as a main driver of economic development and institutional transformation, at a time when the pace of reliance on these technologies is accelerating globally, making them partners in analysis and decision-making, not just a supporting technical tool.
The events of this season extend from the beginning of April to the end of August of the current year, during which a series of lectures and free courses for students in the following areas are held:
 • Basics of artificial intelligence and smart applications.
* Creativity and content creation with artificial intelligence.
* Artificial intelligence in electrical engineering and smart systems.
 • Programming and building digital products.
 • Smart automation and building digital systems.
