Khaberni - As part of the national water strategy and with the goal of rainwater harvesting to enhance local water reserves and empower communities to benefit directly from rainfall, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, in cooperation with DEPLOY company, has installed a 14-meter water tank in the Ministry of Water and Irrigation building to harvest rainwater using modern technologies aimed at providing additional water quantities that can be utilized during the summer.
The ministry indicated that the water tank features a combination of concrete durability with the flexibility of synthetic fabrics to provide users with ease of installation, high durability, and a longer lifespan. It comes as part of finding smart and sustainable solutions in water storage.
The ministry added that the tank, which consists of a ready-made flat concrete panel and a water tank supplied with all necessary equipment, can be installed and its base set up in just one day, simplifying the water storage process and saving time and effort.
For its part, Deploy company highlighted that it provides practical solutions that meet the needs of various government and non-governmental organizations involved in water management and infrastructure development.
