Famous Madrid Analyst A Team Without Spirit We Lost the League And Mbappé is Not Ronaldo

Khaberni - Real Madrid reduced their chances of competing for the Spanish league title after losing to their host Real Mallorca, with a score of 1-2 in Matchday 30.

Mallorca's points rose to 31, placing them in 17th, while Real Madrid's total froze at 69 points in second place in La Liga.

Real Madrid is now four points behind the leader Barcelona, who will face Atletico Madrid in the same round.

Thomas Roncero, deputy editor of As newspaper said, "Even if Barcelona loses tonight, I think Real Madrid has lost La Liga."

Roncero added in statements published by As "Real Madrid needs to believe in what they are doing. The team plays two good matches, everyone regains enthusiasm, the fans regain confidence in the team, and the next match you see them roaming around the pitch, they are not upset if they concede a goal, they are not angry, they do not protest, they do not press the referee or the opponents, they do not show they are determined, and they let things go."

We Need to Change Half the Lineup

Roncero continued "A team that lets things go is a team without spirit. No matter the quality they have, it is not enough."

He emphasized "I want leaders. People who not only shout but also motivate others to act. What we saw with Valverde on City’s day was very clear. He's the type that shouts and gets angry when La Liga is slipping away."

He pointed out "I forgive Mbappé a lot because he scores many goals and saves us in several matches, but on days like today, when he had 3 chances and missed them for the goalkeeper to shine, I didn’t see him revolt. I didn’t see him say 'I am here' as Cristiano used to say."

He added "The quality of the players is starting to tire me. I don’t know if I want all this quality. What I want are winners, and Real Madrid needs winners. It needs to change half the lineup."

He concluded "We do not have winners, we have good individual players, but they lack the spirit that moves the rooms. They can’t slam the lockers in the dressing room.. they will keep staring at their phones, to see if Atletico wins tonight, and it doesn't matter, because later they will lose to Girona. This is what they have done all year. I am sorry."
