Khaberni - Media reports confirmed that Spanish star Isco Alarcon has established his presence outside the soccer field, through a successful real estate investment network that contributed to building a fortune estimated at about 72 million euros, benefiting from his experience on the field to expand his activities in the business world.
The newspaper Defensa Central reported that since Isco left Real Madrid in 2022, he preferred to continue in Spain, where he had a short stint with Sevilla before joining Real Betis, with a notable reduction in his salary compared to his previous peak, but he compensated for that through well-considered investments in the real estate sector.
It explained: "Isco, in partnership with his wife, actress Sara Salamo, launched a company specializing in real estate investment, focused on purchasing distinctive properties in the heart of Madrid, with the aim of renting them out and achieving steady returns".
It added: "The company managed in a short period to build a portfolio containing several residential apartments in strategic locations, including units of various sizes, in addition to a luxury apartment near Retiro Park, where rental values in that area reach high levels".
It continued: "The player expanded his investments to his hometown Malaga, where he bought a residential unit within the luxury towers project known as Picasso, which is one of the most prominent modern residential projects in the city, featuring comprehensive services including sports and recreational facilities".
It further stated: "This project has a unique character, being classified as the first residential complex in Spain equipped with comprehensive cardiac protection systems, with defibrillators provided at multiple locations within the building, reflecting an advanced approach to safety standards in modern real estate projects".
It went on: "Thanks to these investments, along with his earnings from his soccer career and sponsorship deals, Isco has succeeded in building a strong financial base, confirming his transformation from a soccer star to a prominent businessman, continuing to diversify his income sources with calculated steps".
